Meet Randy, a sweet and spirited 3-year-old Terrier mix who’s ready to find his forever family! With boundless energy and a playful spirit, Randy loves to stay active and will keep you laughing with his goofy antics. Whether he’s chasing tennis balls, rolling around with them, or entertaining you with his playful personality, he’ll brighten any day. He’s an affectionate guy who thrives in an active home, especially one with kids to match his energy.
Randy is a quick learner and loves to please! He’s already doing great with crate training at night and has the run of the house during the day. Though he’s a rowdy youngster, he’s making great progress with his potty training and is food-motivated (but not aggressive), so with a little guidance, he’ll be a pro in no time. He currently wears a belly band in the house but has been accident-free when it’s off.
Randy recently had a successful neutering and cherry eye repair surgery and has fully recovered. He gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats in his home—though he’s a bit curious about cats (he adores his special needs kitty friend, Cricket, and helps groom him!). He’d do best in a home with a savvy dog-cat owner who can help him learn proper boundaries.
Randy would make an excellent hiking buddy, as he’s fantastic on a leash and has the stamina to walk for miles. He’s a fun-loving, sweet dog who’s eager for a family to call his own, where he can run, play, and share all his love. Could that family be yours?
