Meet Fonzie, your future best friend! This adorable and spunky 1-year-old is ready to find his forever home. Fonzie is playful and energetic, thriving in the company of his older Doberman buddy, and he loves to engage in spirited play. While he’s still mastering the art of gentle introductions with other dogs, he’s a quick learner! Fonzie is great with kids aged 10 and up as he works on controlling his excitement (no more jumping on people!).
Fonzie has a high energy level but also knows when to chill, whether lounging in his crate or on the floor. He’s a fetch fanatic, enjoying games with his rubber ball and firehose toy, and he’s currently perfecting his frisbee-catching skills! On walks, he’s well on his way to being a leash pro—he walks nicely and loves pack walks. While he’s still working on his reactivity to other dogs, he’s improving every day. Fonzie is both crate trained and housebroken, settling in easily and sleeping through the night without a fuss. He adores car rides, often taking a nap while you drive. He does require a 6-foot-fence to keep him contained.
Fonzie loves giving kisses and is a big fan of belly rubs. He’s smart and already knows how to sit and lay down on command. With continued training, he’s sure to become a confident gentleman. If you’re ready for a loyal companion who’s eager to learn and shower you with love, Fonzie is waiting for you! Come meet him today and see if he’s the perfect match for your family!
